Attention:
1, if you choose a 380V voltage motor, be sure to pay attention to the rotation direction of the motor and the pump on the rotation direction, otherwise it will damage the pump.
2. When the water source is short of water or the pressure is too low, the machine will automatically stop and the water source pressure will be automatically turned on.
3, automatic flushing: when the equipment is turned on, the RO system will automatically flush the exhaust gas for 20 seconds (can not be adjusted, set by PLC); The equipment works continuously for 30 minutes to automatically flush the RO film system for 15 seconds (can not be adjusted by the PLC setting); When the equipment stops due to water shortage in the front and rear water tanks or full water in the rear water tanks, it will automatically start the cleaning pump to flush the R0 system with desalinating water for 15 seconds (can not be adjusted, set by PLC) to replace the concentrated water inside the RO system, and the system pressure will drop when flushing the film, please do not adjust the regulating valve.
4, normal water production work, the membrane system pressure should be between 1.2-1.5Mpa (adjusted by the regulator).
5. The conductivity value displayed by the conductivity display instrument is for reference.
